Insurance to be used for residents of South Carolina ONLY
for the following I am an In Network PPO provider for: BCBS, PEBA (SC State Health Plan), Blue Choice, Preferred Blue, Planned Administrators, Federal Employee Plan, United Behavioral Health/Optum Behavioral Health. I am unable to accept MediCare for those retired, unfortunately. Currently LMFT's are not permitted to be reimbursed through MediCare.
Rates for Services
Insurance Cost = determined by your policy
Self Pay for 60 min - $175
Corporate Care Team or Professional Consultation $250/hr
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice by phone for any cancellation.
